Account Executive – Mortgage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for marketing and promoting all Servion financial offerings and services to Credit Unions and various clients.

• Cultivate new relationships and enhance existing partnerships with credit unions and community banks across different territories.

• Generate VA, FHA, Conventional, and other mortgage options through effective prospecting within Credit Union and Community Bank channels.

• Maintain trustworthy, reliable, and confidential business relations with members, employees of credit unions and community banks, vendors, and all staff at Servion.

• Establish connections with key decision-makers and serve as the liaison and primary contact for Credit Union and community bank partners.

• Ensure that inquiries, requests for information, and complaints regarding loan products and services from Credit Unions and community banks are resolved efficiently.

• Proactively stay informed about Servion products and services and effectively communicate them to customers.

• Address clients’ needs and follow up on requests in both written and verbal formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or a four-year degree in business or a related field is preferred.

• At least two years of mortgage-related experience is required.

• A strong preference for candidates with two years of mortgage sales experience.

• Demonstrated excellence in reporting, preparing letters, presenting to groups, and other related communication skills.

• Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executives, managers, employees, and vendors.

• Ability to conduct research to identify credit union needs and communicate findings to the appropriate parties.

• Proficient in conducting seminars, presentations, and meetings to showcase the value of products and services to both prospective and current clients.
