📋 Description

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to facilitate complex decision-making and achieve rapid successes.

• Enhance market share by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities throughout the territory.

• Create and implement best practices by utilizing customer insights to surpass business expectations.

• Effectively prioritize and plan, simplifying operations to improve overall business efficiency.

• Successfully leverage cross-functional teams and resources in a cooperative environment.

• Establish trust and build long-term partnerships with customers by accurately assessing their needs and providing mutually beneficial solutions.

• Proactively foresee sales downturns and execute contingency plans through adept troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee intricate, long-term capital sales cycles with strategic insight.

• Comprehend client objectives through strong relationships with stakeholders (e.g., laboratory personnel, procurement, medical directors, clinical engineering, C-suite) and assess the impact of Abbott solutions.

• Partner with the Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to secure business within large hospital systems.

• Manage and drive the renewal process to guarantee customer retention and satisfaction for non-enterprise accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in capital equipment sales.

• Must live within the designated territory.

• The ideal candidate should be located in San Diego, Orange County, or the surrounding areas.

• Valid Driver’s License and the capacity to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory and other locations in the US to meet business needs.

• Demonstrated success in strategic sales, including surpassing targets and revitalizing underperforming territories.

• Experience in capital sales and/or multi-stakeholder environments, creating and selling tailored solutions to senior-level and C-suite executives.

• Skills in innovation and change management, with the ability to introduce new ideas and drive them through the organization.

• Strong business planning capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.

• Proficient in SalesForce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
