This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the territory aimed at achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers in school districts, including superintendents, administrators, and other K-12 leaders, to assess needs and effectively present Panorama’s solutions.
• Deliver impactful sales presentations, both virtually and in person, to showcase the value of Panorama’s platform.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiations and closing deals.
• Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring precise forecasting and reporting of all sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success to ensure effective customer onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
• Stay updated on trends in the education sector, customer requirements, and competitive offerings to position Panorama's solutions effectively.
• Represent Panorama Education at conferences, trade shows, and various industry events to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Foster enduring relationships with clients to promote expansion and upsell opportunities.
• As a key contributor within a regional sales team, you will have the chance to manage your territory, oversee the entire sales lifecycle, and cultivate new business relationships.
• 2-5+ years of experience in closing sales within the education technology, SaaS, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth through effective deal closure.
• Experience in selling to K-12 school districts or within an education-focused sales environment.
• Strong consultative selling capabilities with proficiency in understanding complex customer needs and presenting customized solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade senior leadership and decision-makers.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, demonstrating a proactive approach to recognizing opportunities and finalizing deals.
• Ability to handle multiple deals and priorities concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and adopting a data-driven approach to sales performance.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the designated territory.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions to the K-12 education market.
• Familiarity with Panorama Education’s platform and its suite of tools.
• Experience in a consultative or solutions-based sales environment.
