• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing deals.
• Generate new business within mid-market accounts in your designated territory.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and incoming leads.
• Conduct effective discovery conversations and convert customer requirements into actionable solutions.
• Oversee interactions with multiple stakeholders throughout each deal, including senior decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations on pricing and commercial terms to finalize high-quality agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Ensure CRM data is precise and uphold clear visibility on forecasting and pipeline management.
• Provide market and customer insights to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance our selling processes, learning, and team development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to deal closure.
• Strong skills in discovery and solution-oriented selling.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in negotiating commercial terms and pricing structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
