• Create and take ownership of your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan.
• Identify new prospects through both inbound inquiries and self-sourced leads.
• Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department heads.
• Achieve monthly quotas by closing both new business and existing accounts.
• Sell through internal advocates to various stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level executives.
• Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to enhance our sales strategy with the rollout of new features and products.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and, occasionally, in-person presentations.
• 3-5 years of experience in a quota-driven closing role.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English.
• Background in a complex sales environment.
• Experience presenting and pitching to C-level executives regarding business transformations.
• Ability to manage both monthly and annual pipelines, along with a proven track record in accurate forecasting.
• Goal-oriented with a history of exceeding monthly and annual targets.
• Trained and/or certified in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., Sandler).
