β’ Effective communicator: You excel in communication with strong presentation capabilities. You can clearly convey and leverage the Deel IT value proposition to gain customer trust and successfully close deals.
β’ Ownership mentality: You are passionate about Deel ITβs products and mission, showcasing this enthusiasm positively in every interaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally within the IT SaaS domain (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or similar categories).
β’ Proven achievements: You have played a significant role in at least one major business success and comprehend what it takes to achieve outstanding results.
β’ Strong closing skills: A solid background in finalizing B2B software-led product transactions. You are a knowledgeable individual contributor with an excellent success record.
β’ Pipeline builder: You are prepared and capable of establishing robust pipelines while effectively collaborating with a BDR.
β’ Accurate and accountable: You possess the ability to accurately forecast sales results, identify pipeline gaps, stay proactive, and consistently exceed expectations.
β’ Collaborative teamwork: You have experience working across teams in a growing organization and creating strong interpersonal relationships.
