Account Executive – Mid-Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth in North America with a focus on the mid-market sector (250 - 5,000 employees).

• Acquire and apply proven sales methodologies to achieve quotas and enhance sales skills.

• Foster authentic relationships with clients as part of a vibrant professional team.

• Act as a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform and disseminate knowledge throughout the organization.

• Consistently meet and surpass all quarterly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS context as an Account Executive or in a Pre-sales Role.

• Preferable experience in selling HR technology solutions.

• A growth-oriented mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Conducted complex software/platform demonstrations as part of your sales strategy.

• Expected availability for client and larger team meetings (e.g., Revenue Kick-Off, trade shows, etc.) with up to **5% travel time** annually.

• Required to travel to a **minimum of two trade shows** each year.
