This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct weekly and quarterly reporting within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for sales activities and pipeline; prepare quarterly sales summaries.

• Collaborate with sales teams across various geographies for global accounts.

• Identify new customers for Protein Metrics, particularly focusing on Enterprise deployments, by establishing and utilizing partnerships with MS vendors in the region.

• Oversee the current customer base and drive growth for Protein Metrics solutions.

• Support Marketing in pinpointing gaps in information or awareness of Protein Metrics in the market.

• Ensure best practices are implemented at all levels within each account; maintain high-level business relationships alongside scientific contacts with the Customer Success team.

• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to guarantee timely delivery of Demonstration requests, Deployment requests, and Pilot programs.

• Relay customer feedback to Product Management for actionable enhancements to the products.

• Serve as a resource for our customers in developing ROI justification for Protein Metrics software.

• Work with Marketing to assist in marketing initiatives (conference and webinar support, business development, etc.).


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Life Sciences software sales, encompassing both Enterprise and Desktop, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience selling to enterprise-level clients in the Mid Atlantic U.S. or Central region.

• Demonstrated success in achieving a new business annual quota of 1 million or more.

• Experience in negotiating and closing deals exceeding $50,000.

• Familiarity with protein mass spectrometry applications in biopharma and proteomics (large molecule preferred).

• Established experience in acquiring and selling to customers using diverse sales methodologies.

• Knowledge of the Biopharma industry.

• Comfortable navigating a matrixed working environment.
