This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets to maintain our growth momentum.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in the information security sector across various industries.
• Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, discovery, technical presentations, pipeline management, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Utilize contemporary AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance prospecting, account research, customer engagement, pipeline development, and deal execution.
• Employ AI and data analytics to prioritize opportunities, tailor outreach, boost productivity, and expedite sales cycles.
• Represent Cofense during customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 30%).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in outside sales of information security services or products.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales opportunities from initial prospecting to closing.
• Capability to deliver live and web-based demonstrations of the Cofense platform without support from a Sales Engineer (SE support is available as necessary).
• Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Proven track record of accurate forecasting and managing pipelines within Salesforce.com.
• Experience in utilizing modern AI-enabled sales tools and workflows for prospecting, pipeline development, account prioritization, messaging, and deal strategy.
• A data-driven approach with the capability to apply insights and analytics to enhance sales execution and conversion rates.
• Established network and relationships within the information security sector.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and opportunities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and a proactive attitude.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, geographically diverse organization.
