This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Build and autonomously grow your sales pipeline (both outbound and inbound).
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and negotiations leading to closures.
• Actively generate new opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and innovative strategies.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and organized pipeline management within the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to enhance campaigns, advertisements, and lead flows.
• Leverage and further cultivate existing inbound leads generated from marketing initiatives.
• Accountable for forecasting, reporting, and meeting sales targets.
• Continuously refine your sales process and improve conversion rates.
• Establish long-term customer relationships and recognize upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Contribute actively to the creation of sales scripts, playbooks, and best practices.
• Keep track of market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales or related B2B software solutions.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals with new customers in mid-market or enterprise settings.
• Proficient in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of simplifying complex concepts while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Proactive, organized work style paired with strong self-motivation.
