This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Cultivate robust relationships with customers by engaging with key business stakeholders to activate and expand existing accounts.
• Optimize growth and revenue from potential clients by identifying and securing new partnerships.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of both existing business and new partnership prospects.
• Achieve and surpass assigned sales quotas.
• Prepare and deliver capability presentations and platform demonstrations to prospects and partners, both virtually and in-person.
• Act as the primary point-of-contact for all customer interactions and account management activities, from initial introduction to execution.
• Manage both strategic, complex projects and transactional sales activities.
• Thoughtfully address customer inquiries and pinpoint new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Customer Success Managers and Project Success teams, to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Forecast and monitor key account and territory metrics by maintaining up-to-date CRM activity.
• Work in partnership with the Sales Director to propose and construct strategic territory and account plans.
• Travel within the territory to meet clients, prospects, and attend industry conferences (50-75% travel).
• Over 5 years of Account Management or Sales experience directly related to revenue generation.
• Sales experience in the Media or Advertising sectors, including account verticals such as Agencies, Publishers, Platforms, or Ad Tech brands.
• Strong understanding of the Media or Advertising industry, including emerging channels, industry trends, the purchase funnel, and the significance of measurement throughout.
• Familiarity with advertising research, including brand lift studies, cross-channel measurement, and/or full-funnel and multi-touch attribution.
• Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
• History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Established ability to collaborate and foster strong relationships with clients, particularly at the Director+ level.
• Demonstrated capability to engage across various corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Product Management).
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including Senior Executives.
• Strong technological aptitude, with the ability to use, demonstrate, and discuss new technologies.
