This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +2 more states.
β’ Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, emphasizing success in sales and customer retention.
β’ Aiding in the management of account portfolios while achieving revenue targets across various business lines.
β’ Facilitating the sales or referrals of Cars Commerce products and services to both existing customers and potential new clients.
β’ Working closely with the Enterprise Sales Executive (EAE) to implement account strategies effectively.
β’ Generating reports and conducting audits for assigned accounts, extracting important insights to support decision-making.
β’ Recognizing and contributing to upsell opportunities, collaborating with the Enterprise Sales Executive (EAE) to finalize deals.
β’ Exhibiting proficient remote sales techniques and in-depth product knowledge to enhance account retention and growth.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings.
β’ Proven experience in customer service and retention with an emphasis on solutions-oriented selling.
β’ Over 5 years of pertinent sales experience within a complex SaaS or advertising context.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A consistent history of meeting quotas and a strong drive for ongoing success.
β’ Proficiency in CRM systems: Salesforce (preferred), HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
β’ Familiarity with Google Analytics and GA4 analysis is preferred.
β’ Prior experience in advertising, SaaS, software solutions sales, or the digital marketplace.
β’ Openness to travel up to 50% of the time for face-to-face client interactions and to further enhance business relationships.
