This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Become proficient in Snowflake’s offerings and engage in discovery calls, tailored demos, and presentations for potential clients.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by comprehensively understanding their current and future IT strategies to promote the Snowflake solution in the market.

• Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and sustainable revenue streams.

• Establish, adopt, expand, and enhance sales opportunities within accounts in your designated region.

• Meet sales quotas for assigned accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by formulating a sales strategy targeting specific prospects and creating a regional sales plan.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals while selling technical solutions and software products to the enterprise market.

• A history of acquiring new clients.

• Proven experience in executing complex enterprise sales strategies and tactics within one of the following areas: Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML.

• Familiarity with a solution-based selling approach, experience in managing a complex sales process, and exceptional presentation, listening, organizational, and contact management skills.

• The capability to treat our product and company as if they were your own, specifically by outlining and executing sales plans to achieve strategic and financial goals, utilizing industry, partner, and Go-to-Market insights.

• The ability to provide constructive, honest, and respectful feedback to foster an inclusive workplace.

• A reputation for enhancing teamwork: fostering enduring relationships with internal cross-functional partners and promoting an inclusive work atmosphere.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage, cultivate, and close new client relationships.

• Experience achieving multi-million dollar revenue targets annually.
