Account Executive – Law Firms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the acquisition of new clients and drive revenue growth across law firms in the United States.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to negotiation and closing.

• Create and implement strategic plans for territories and accounts.

• Establish relationships with Managing Partners, CIOs, Innovation teams, IP Partners, Practice Group Leaders, and stakeholders in Legal Operations.

• Conduct discovery sessions to gain insights into client workflows, business challenges, and technology requirements.

• Provide engaging product demonstrations and value-oriented presentations.

• Work alongside Solutions Consultants, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams throughout the sales journey.

• Ensure accurate forecasting of the sales pipeline and maintain CRM integrity.

• Represent the company at industry conferences, legal tech events, and client meetings.

• Keep up-to-date with trends in legal technology and innovations within law firms.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or legal technology sales.

• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas in a consultative B2B sales environment.

• Prior experience selling to law firms or legal departments is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with legal workflows, intellectual property management, or document management systems is highly desirable.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.

• Experience in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.

• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote work setting.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
