• **Your Responsibilities:**
• - Take full responsibility for the complete sales cycle, which includes researching and qualifying leads, booking meetings through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, conducting demos, understanding client requirements, negotiating, and closing deals.
• - Showcase our platform to potential clients, effectively conveying its value tailored to their unique needs.
• - Engage with decision-makers in the financial services sector, including tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, M&A, PE/VC, hedge funds, family offices, and banks.
• - Actively participate in and continuously enhance our go-to-market and sales strategy for your region.
• - Following a successful onboarding period of approximately 3–6 months, take charge of an SDR to assist you in lead generation and demo scheduling for your market.
• **What you need:**
• - A proven history of successfully closing new business in a B2B SaaS setting, ideally within the FinTech sector or a similar field.
• - Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, navigate purchasing cycles, and create a sense of urgency.
• - Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, particularly in financial services, where establishing trust and credibility is crucial. (Experience selling to tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, or banking firms is a significant advantage.)
• - An ownership mindset, demonstrating initiative, seeking feedback, and holding yourself accountable for achieving results.
• - A collaborative spirit; although you are self-motivated, you thrive on working closely with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams to close deals and expand business.
• - **Exceptional communication skills in English, along with fluency in Portuguese or Spanish** — you adapt your message for different audiences and present a compelling argument.
