This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the catalyst for our revenue growth by actively pursuing new opportunities.
• Take ownership of the sales cycle from initial discovery to final closure, encompassing qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Inform potential clients about the significant value that respond.io delivers.
• Offer customized solution recommendations tailored to the unique business requirements and usage patterns of customers.
• Oversee multiple customer relationships concurrently.
• Address inbound customer inquiries, efficiently resolving billing, legal, security, and technical issues.
• Serve as the representative for our customers, gathering insightful feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team and other departments to ensure a seamless transition for clients.
• Create strategic plans for key accounts to enhance usage and uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales is essential.
• Outstanding command of spoken and written English and Spanish, with clarity and conciseness.
• A proven history of successfully closing sales deals within a B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred.
• A strong passion for identifying customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• An ambitious and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with solution selling or similar methodologies is beneficial.
• While not mandatory, proficiency in French is considered a valuable advantage.
