This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and surpass enterprise-level revenue goals by focusing equally on account development, retention, and acquiring new business.

• Oversee and grow a portfolio of banks and credit unions, seeking opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and creating long-term value.

• Lead high-level engagements with C-suite executives, providing strategic advice aligned with business performance and growth objectives.

• Manage consultative sales processes, from initial discovery to solution design, proposal drafting, negotiation, and final closing.

• Utilize data, analytics, and market trends to effectively position integrated marketing, media, and digital offerings.

• Collaborate across departments, including strategy, analytics, product, and delivery teams, to develop and implement client solutions.

• Establish and sustain a robust pipeline through targeted prospecting within the financial institution sector, with an emphasis on enterprise-level opportunities.

• Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to reinforce value and enhance partnerships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales with a quota-carrying responsibility.

• Proven track record in selling to Financial Institutions, such as banks and credit unions.

• Experience in marketing solutions driven by data.

• Demonstrated capability in managing and growing significant strategic accounts while also acquiring new business.

• Strong proficiency in consultative selling, solution crafting, and executive-level storytelling.

• Experience in navigating complex sales processes and influencing senior decision-makers.

• Ability to utilize data and insights to construct business cases and differentiate solutions.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
