• Take ownership of and successfully close high-value enterprise opportunities throughout Europe (excluding the DACH Region).
• Implement a methodical, consultative enterprise approach: discovery, qualification, solution design, stakeholder mapping, business case development, security/procurement, negotiation, and closure.
• Translate customer requirements into value by linking Legartis capabilities (contract review, clause/risk detection, playbooks, analytics, collaboration) to tangible outcomes.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that include market mapping, multithreading, and expansion strategies (land & expand).
• Conduct engaging demonstrations and executive discussions, confidently guiding evaluation teams through the AI adoption process.
• Collaborate across functions with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to secure deals and ensure effective transitions for long-term success.
• Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring high-quality CRM practices and predictable revenue outcomes.
• Travel: Frequent travel within the European region for essential meetings and events.
• Proficient in English (C2 level, both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of additional languages (such as French, Dutch, or Nordic languages) is advantageous.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the enterprise sector (typical ACV between €50k and €150k+).
• Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with extended sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling skills: able to identify pain points, quantify impact, build value propositions, and navigate decision-making processes.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (GC, CFO, CISO, Head of Procurement/Sales) and possessing excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Organized and disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and maintaining CRM integrity.
• Inquisitive, motivated team player, adept at functioning in a scale-up environment where ownership and collaboration are essential.
