This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver consultative services to corporate clients by comprehending their needs, operational context, and risk profile;
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships to enhance client loyalty and perceived value;
• Oversee the client journey, providing technical and commercial support throughout the policy lifecycle;
• Prepare, present, and monitor quotes and commercial proposals tailored to client specifications;
• Lead strategic negotiations with insurers and clients, ensuring both competitiveness and profitability;
• Conduct visits, meetings, presentations, and prospecting activities to uncover opportunities for portfolio expansion;
• Implement and manage insurance renewals, evaluating risks, modifying coverages, and ensuring client retention;
• Analyze portfolio performance and suggest product modifications based on client development;
• Monitor policy expirations, outstanding documentation, and proposal responses to maintain operational efficiency;
• Process requests for new policies, endorsements, beneficiary modifications, coverage changes, billing, and premiums;
• Assist clients in resolving outstanding issues, delays, or policy reinstatements;
• Inform insured parties and agents about policy modifications, cancellations, or contractual changes;
• Record interactions, proposals, transactions, and negotiation statuses in systems like Quiver and CRM;
• Update client information to ensure historical accuracy, traceability, and data integrity;
• Monitor commercial indicators and aid in generating reports for leadership.
• High school diploma;
• Experience in consultative sales and strategic negotiations, including needs identification, objection handling, solution formulation, and closing deals;
• Familiarity with insurance products and lines (Auto, Life, Commercial/Corporate, Health, Liability, among others);
• Ability to interpret and analyze policies, coverages, deductibles, clauses, risks, and exclusions;
• Experience managing a corporate portfolio with an emphasis on retention, growth, and client development;
• Knowledge of insurance quoting, underwriting, and renewal procedures;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conducting meetings, commercial presentations, and proposal preparation;
• Analytical mindset for identifying opportunities, analyzing data, and evaluating risks;
• Commercial organization and discipline to manage pipelines, follow-ups, targets, and account prioritization;
• Familiarity with brokerage management systems and CRMs, such as Quiver, for tracking proposals and client portfolios.
