This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee a portfolio of roughly 10 - 15 financial institution clients
• Meet designated sales goals through client retention and growth initiatives
• Strengthen existing partnerships by pinpointing upsell, cross-sell, and renewal prospects
• Facilitate consultative discussions with clients to identify their business requirements
• Work alongside strategy, product, analytics, and delivery teams to create proposals
• Establish trustworthy relationships with clients through both in-person and virtual meetings
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is mandatory
• A minimum of 7 years of proven success in a sales role with quota responsibilities
• Preferred experience selling to banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions
• Proven track record in managing consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Openness to travel as necessary to enhance client engagement
• Eligible for a sales incentive/commission program

• Engage in training and activities to remain informed about processes and advancements
