This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Propose commercial solutions and secure deals tailored to customer requirements while showcasing Abbott's value proposition.

• Market Abbott's Diagnostic Division products and equipment, delivering information on product benefits and achieving set sales targets.

• Position product concepts within the diagnostics sector, ensuring that distributors and customers are well-informed and updated.

• Act as the liaison between customers and internal departments (finance, logistics, credit, tax, services, etc.) to facilitate and accelerate internal processes, thereby addressing customer needs.

• Identify and engage in in-person bidding processes/tenders for the acquisition of diagnostic products, request necessary documentation, adhere to established negotiation guidelines, and oversee the entire process until the announcement of the winning company and the execution of the order (commitment) for bids won by Abbott.

• Oversee payments due to Abbott from customers in your portfolio in collaboration with Financial Management, following up with debtors as necessary.

• Track commercial and financial outcomes for your customer portfolio, planning actions to meet established targets.

• Maintain your customer portfolio, ensuring they are updated and informed about order placement and management processes.

• Identify customer needs and opportunities, proposing actions related to special projects, logistical priorities, and more.

• Generate reports on your activities in accordance with defined procedures and standards, including sales planning, customer information, and portfolio performance.

• Keep Salesforce records current regarding accounts, opportunities, and client visit logs as per company guidelines; be prepared for weekly reviews of your customer portfolio with your manager (1:1).

• Participate in training sessions related to products and equipment offered by the Diagnostics Division.

• Adhere to policies and procedures related to your activities in line with the established quality systems.

• Bachelor's degree (completed)

• Proficiency in English is preferred
