• Sales Execution: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, emphasizing outbound calls and cultivating relationships with potential vendors.
• Prospecting: Identify and connect with prospective clients to create a strong pipeline, leveraging search engines and online advertising technologies. This role entails daily outbound calling and significant prospecting efforts.
• Goal Achievement: Achieve and surpass minimum volume targets within the first 90 to 120 days through dedicated outreach and networking. Collaboration: Partner closely with senior-level Account Executives and underwriting teams to ensure seamless transactions and client onboarding.
• Vendor Management: Onboard new vendors, ensuring their comfort with our systems and services.
• A minimum of 3-5 years in equipment financing or a proven sales record of at least 5 years in another industry, preferably in a sales role.
• Strong capability to read personalities and engage in significant conversations. Must be personable and capable of building rapport swiftly.
• Proven success in sales, with a history of meeting targets.
• Motivated, driven, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Competitive Base Salary of $60,000. Kapitus provides this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law. The applicant’s final salary will depend on various factors including geographic location, skills, and experience.
