This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and pursue new customer leads, effectively navigating gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers using phone and technology tools.
• Generate opportunities and schedule demonstrations with both new and existing customer leads.
• Conduct engaging, insightful, and challenging product demonstrations with the goal of onboarding small and medium-sized medical practices and igniting their enthusiasm for Cherry.
• Connect with registered medical practices through timely outreach, utilizing your sales technology stack to ensure their immediate success with Cherry.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by logging all interactions, notes, demo outcomes, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Proactively enhance your sales techniques from prospecting to closing by seeking constructive feedback, learning new sales strategies, and trying innovative approaches.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player—provide and receive feedback, work with colleagues, lead team projects, and strive to elevate every member of your team to achieve greatness.
• Travel to attend industry events and trade shows as required.
• Assume ownership and responsibility for your own success.
• Over 3 years of experience in an outbound sales position (e.g., Sales Development Representative, outbound Account Executive) selling a technology or financial product.
• At least 1 year of experience in a closing sales role.
• Self-motivated and independent worker with a proven track record of exceeding expectations in a remote work setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey and relate ideas to others.
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication tools (such as Slack, Salesloft, Dialpad, etc.).
