• Keep precise pipeline tracking and forecasting using Salesforce.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the refrigeration, cold chain, or related industries.
• Demonstrated “hunter” mentality with a successful track record in new business acquisition.
• Strong commercial insight with experience managing lengthy, complex sales processes.
• Familiarity with working alongside OEMs, contractors, or end-users in refrigeration or food retail.
• Capability to work autonomously across multiple international markets.
• Proficient in both English and German.
