Account Executive – Hunter, North Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new customer relationships within designated territories.

• Seek out and create new business opportunities, with an emphasis on unexploited accounts.

• Lead specification and project-oriented selling efforts.

• Establish strong connections with OEMs, contractors, and end-users in the food retail sector.

• Implement focused market entry and account development strategies.

• Build and sustain a robust, disciplined sales pipeline.

• Work in tandem with internal technical teams to facilitate solution selling.

• Present engaging, value-driven presentations to customers.

• Keep precise pipeline tracking and forecasting using Salesforce.

• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the refrigeration, cold chain, or related industries.

• Demonstrated “hunter” mentality with a successful track record in new business acquisition.

• Strong commercial insight with experience managing lengthy, complex sales processes.

• Familiarity with working alongside OEMs, contractors, or end-users in refrigeration or food retail.

• Capability to work autonomously across multiple international markets.

• Proficient in both English and German.
