• Proactively engage in outbound prospecting to identify and cultivate new opportunities.
• Reach out to both cold and warm leads while reactivating past opportunities.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting to final closing.
• Conduct negotiations with various stakeholders, particularly within corporate accounts.
• Establish and sustain a robust, predictable, and consistent sales pipeline.
• Ensure disciplined follow-ups and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
• Formulate strategies for demand generation and account reactivation.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and strategic partners.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach, emphasizing solutions and projects.
• Background in B2B sales, ideally within the technology or services sectors.
• Experience dealing with complex sales processes, lengthy cycles, and enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
• Experience in negotiating with multiple decision-makers.
• Familiarity with methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC (knowledge of SPIN is advantageous).
• Proficient with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
• Willingness to attend in-person client meetings.
• Commission.
• Profit-sharing (PLR).
• Flexible working hours.
