This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Identify and cultivate new customer relationships within designated territories.
β’ Prospect and create new business opportunities, with a focus on previously uncharted accounts.
β’ Drive project-based sales activities and specifications.
β’ Establish strong connections with OEMs, contractors, and end-users in the food retail sector.
β’ Implement targeted strategies for market entry and account development.
β’ Develop and sustain a robust and disciplined sales pipeline.
β’ Collaborate with internal technical teams to facilitate solution-oriented selling.
β’ Provide engaging, value-driven presentations to customers.
β’ Maintain precise tracking and forecasting of the sales pipeline using Salesforce.
β’ Represent the organization at industry events and customer meetings.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in business development or sales in refrigeration, cold chain, or similar fields.
β’ Demonstrated βhunterβ profile with a strong record of new business acquisition.
β’ Solid commercial insight with experience in managing lengthy, complex sales cycles.
β’ Experience collaborating with OEMs, contractors, or end-users in refrigeration or food retail.
β’ Capability to work independently across multiple countries.
β’ Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
