This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee a designated sales territory
• Reside within the assigned territory
• Manage and enhance business within current Ambry accounts
• Increase menu utilization among existing accounts
• Market genetic diagnostic testing services to new clientele
• Negotiate and oversee contractual agreements
• Introduce new testing products to the market
• Foster demand for and encourage the adoption of new assays
• Create and execute customer-specific action strategies
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations
• Organize and support trade shows
• Maintain customer information in the company database
• Meet and exceed sales objectives
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling laboratory services to healthcare providers or in medical device sales
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent years of experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experienced with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft CRM
• Proven history of sales achievements in offering a diverse range of laboratory testing across various medical fields
• Capability to sell technically intricate products
• Expertise in driving demand across a broad geographical area
• Strong abilities in networking and relationship building
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with formal sales training programs such as SPIN Selling or PSS
• Exceptional time management and territory management skills
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license unless otherwise agreed
