This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Master SHI’s value proposition to consistently surpass revenue and profit objectives, and devise impactful sales strategies and pricing proposals.
• Build and nurture relationships with current customers while establishing new connections through focused sales techniques, including cold outreach, meetings, and networking.
• Identify and generate opportunities within the sales pipeline to meet sales goals, enhance business with existing clients, and acquire new customers utilizing targeted sales methods.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint and manage sales opportunities, with the aim of achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
• Forge proactive partnerships with SHI's internal support teams and external industry collaborators to propel business and sustain joint sales initiatives.
• Grasp customers’ business goals, IT priorities, and initiatives to deliver customized solutions.
• Position and effectively convey SHI’s array of products, solutions, services, and capabilities to clients and partners.
• Stay informed about SHI’s industry competition to effectively highlight our offerings and defend SHI’s value proposition to secure new business.
• Cultivate successful inter-departmental relationships and engage with broader SHI support teams to identify new business prospects and leverage support resources.
• Enhance market awareness of SHI by participating in local and regional industry events, organizations, and affiliations.
• Commit to ongoing education to remain updated on industry trends, products, and market conditions.
• A completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience is essential.
• At least 50% of the time spent outside of an office setting meeting with current and prospective customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations within the designated territory.
• Travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events is required.
• Must currently hold or be able to obtain necessary sales and/or technical certifications within the first 90 days of employment.
