• Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to closing deals for autism clinics and behavioral health organizations.
• Conduct in-depth and consultative discovery calls to identify operational, clinical, and financial challenges.
• Establish and nurture relationships with various stakeholders, including clinical directors, clinic owners, administrators, and financial decision-makers.
• Guide prospects through a structured three-call sales process, ensuring clear next steps and maintaining momentum.
• Adapt sales discussions in real-time, avoiding reliance on rigid scripts or templated pitches.
• Educate clinics on the benefits of VR therapy solutions in a market where creating demand is critical.
• Keep precise CRM documentation that includes details on stakeholders, pain points, buying processes, and implementation timelines.
• Regularly manage pipeline health, stage progression, and forecasting.
• Work closely with founders and leadership within a dynamic, early-stage sales environment.
• Provide insights to enhance messaging, sales processes, and overall go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated experience as a closer in a full-cycle Account Executive or consultative sales role.
• Strong skills in discovery and objection handling, with the ability to uncover deeper business challenges.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder B2B sales conversations.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with U.S.-friendly communication skills.
• Confidence in selling without heavily relying on scripts.
• Comfort in introducing innovative or category-creating solutions to prospects who may be unfamiliar with the product category.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficient in using Zoom and other virtual selling tools.
• Availability to work during EST/CST business hours.

• Experience selling to autism clinics, ABA providers, behavioral health organizations, or healthcare practices.
• Background in medical, healthcare, or health-tech sales.
• Experience in high-ticket consultative sales.
