
Account Executive – Health Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle for health system accounts, from initial prospecting to final closure.
• Secure new logos within multi-site, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Navigate and synchronize with stakeholders across IT, clinical operations, revenue cycle, compliance, and executive leadership.
• Manage complex sales cycles that involve procurement, security/IT reviews, and legal considerations.
• Maintain momentum and urgency throughout the sales process.
• Develop strategic account plans for large, key health system targets.
• Create account maps and plans for engaging executives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and solutions engineering on technical assessments.
• Facilitate discussions on EHR/workflow integration and plan for system-wide rollouts.
• Oversee and log sales activities in the CRM.
• Keep an accurate enterprise pipeline with clear mapping of multiple stakeholders.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience and closing deals within health systems or hospital enterprise accounts in healthcare IT/SaaS.
• Proven track record of surpassing quotas and successfully closing complex, high-value deals, including those in the 6–7 figure ACV range.
• Demonstrated experience in navigating enterprise procurement, IT security review, and compliance procedures within healthcare organizations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align clinical leaders, IT stakeholders, and C-suite executives.
• Experience in an early-stage company or high-growth startup selling to enterprise healthcare (preferred).
• Background in closing deals with health systems, payors/insurance companies, surgical groups, or pharmaceutical organizations (preferred).
• Established network or relationships within health system patient access, revenue cycle, or IT departments (preferred).
• Familiarity with major EMR/EHR systems and their impact on health system purchasing and integration decisions (preferred).
• Must clarify whether visa sponsorship is needed now or in the future.
