This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Identify and create new sales opportunities while achieving monthly sales and renewal goals through proactive engagement with government accounts.

• Develop and nurture customer relationships to enhance account growth, conduct account reviews, and pinpoint upsell and renewal possibilities.

• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about the latest products, services, and sales techniques.

• Exhibit professional and ethical behavior in interactions with customers and colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment.

• Additionally, undertake other tasks or projects as assigned by business management as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Mandatory)

• Over 3 years of experience selling to government (State and Local) accounts (Preferred)

• More than 3 years of extensive customer service experience (Preferred)

• At least 3 years of sales experience in business markets (Preferred)

• Over 3 years of experience in the wireless industry sales (Preferred)

• More than 3 years in telesales or technical sales (Preferred)

• Account Management Effectively manage customer accounts to guarantee satisfaction and retention (Mandatory)

• Prospecting & Selling Demonstrated success in delivering customized solutions that align with client needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships (Mandatory)

• Attention To Detail Maintain precision and thoroughness in all tasks to guarantee high-quality results (Mandatory)

• Problem Solving and Analysis Efficiently analyze and resolve complex issues by interpreting data to identify trends and support decision-making (Mandatory)

• Building Relationships Cultivate and sustain strong connections with clients and stakeholders (Mandatory)

• Negotiation Expertly negotiate terms and agreements to secure favorable outcomes (Mandatory)

• CRM and Microsoft Office Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce to manage customer interactions and sales activities, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting (Mandatory)

• Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for customer engagements, presenting solutions, and collaborating with teams. Clear and persuasive communication strengthens customer relationships and facilitates closing sales (Mandatory)

• Presentations Capability to design and deliver engaging presentations to both potential and existing customers (Mandatory)
