This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Accountable for business development, negotiation, communication, and establishing client relationships within assigned markets to promote our services to potential clients.
• Optimize territory potential by identifying and targeting prospects, qualifying leads, and conducting client meetings.
• Engage in extensive cold calling and hold in-person meetings to drive sales and maintain a continuous flow of business.
• Actively contribute in all team meetings and share innovative ideas and concepts.
• Communicate with and advise clients regarding GDH services, specific job orders, and other client-related matters (including conference calls and resolving client concerns).
• Constantly seek out new prospects and business leads to expand client networks.
• Participate actively in networking groups and community programs to enhance skills and strengthen GDH’s presence in the local market.
• Diligently work towards acquiring a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the assigned business division, including core competencies and GDH as a whole.
• Involve in the planning of both long-term and short-term business objectives.
• Ensure that all client documentation remains accurate and up-to-date, including drug tests and background checks as required by the client.
• Comply with all GDH and Division policies and procedures; verify work for accuracy to maintain quality output.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in a staffing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and training is preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills and capable of effectively using ATS and navigating various websites/systems.
• Ability to conduct cold calls to potential candidates.
• Strong technical skills.
