• Accountable for driving business development, negotiating, communicating, and building client relationships within assigned markets to promote our services to potential clients.
• Optimize territory potential by identifying and targeting prospects, qualifying leads, and conducting client meetings.
• Engage in extensive cold calling and in-person meetings to boost sales and maintain a steady flow of business opportunities.
• Actively contributes to all team meetings, sharing innovative ideas and concepts.
• Communicates with and advises clients concerning GDH services, specific job orders, and other client-related issues (including conference calls, investigating, and resolving client concerns).
• Continuously seeks new prospects and business leads to expand the client base.
• Takes part in networking groups and other business and community initiatives to enhance skill knowledge and strengthen GDH’s presence in the local market.
• Diligently works to achieve a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the assigned business division, core competencies/skill sets, and GDH as a whole.
• Involved in the planning of both long-term and short-term business objectives.
• Ensures that all client documentation is consistently accurate and up-to-date, including drug tests and background checks when necessary.
• Complies with all policies and procedures established by GDH and the Division; verifies work for accuracy to ensure quality output.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in a staffing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and training is preferred.
• Proficiency in computers and the ability to effectively utilize ATS, as well as navigate websites and systems.
• Capability to cold call potential candidates.
• Technical aptitude.
