This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Manage and expand a portfolio of Intelligence Community (IC) accounts that includes the 18 member agencies.
β’ Develop and implement an annual territory and account strategy to consistently achieve and surpass sales quotas.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with mission owners, program managers, and technical decision-makers within IC agencies.
β’ Cultivate and oversee partnerships with integrators, mission collaborators, and resellers focused on the IC.
β’ Navigate intricate and classified procurement settings, as well as IC-specific acquisition methods.
β’ Influence program strategies and shape requirements through a consultative, solution-driven sales approach.
β’ Direct the proposal development process and enhance competitive positioning for IC opportunities.
β’ Assist in product demonstrations and technical discussions in cleared environments.
β’ TS/SCI clearance is required; Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is highly preferred; a CI Polygraph is the minimum requirement.
β’ Must be willing to travel (<50%).
β’ Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales within the IC.
β’ Established and deep relationships within IC agencies (e.g., CIA, NSA, DIA, NGA, NRO).
β’ Strong knowledge of data handling regulations specific to the IC, including classification protocols and compartmentalization practices.
β’ Familiarity with IC procurement processes, contracting frameworks, and budgeting cycles unique to the IC.
β’ Technical proficiency in cybersecurity, data protection, and end-to-end encryption solutions.
β’ Understanding of ICAM/IdAM in classified environments, including PKI and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
β’ Knowledge of ICD standards, IC security policies, and community accreditation processes.
β’ Capability to present and engage effectively in SCIF environments and classified settings.
β’ A proactive deal hunter and skilled closer with a proven track record of success in the IC.
β’ Excellent skills in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
