
Account Executive β Full Sales Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
β’ Take ownership of and oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
β’ Create outbound strategies that reliably yield 3β5 qualified conversations each week.
β’ Drive outreach, qualification, discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and closing processes.
β’ Develop and enhance sales funnels and methodologies specifically for IN2 Solutionsβ IT services and AI products.
β’ Handle inbound opportunities while sustaining vigorous outbound prospecting efforts.
β’ Work closely with leadership to refine sales processes, messaging, and market positioning.
β’ Monitor pipeline health, activity metrics, and conversion rates.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated full-cycle sales experience.
β’ Significant experience in independently managing sales pipelines from start to finish.
β’ Familiarity with outbound prospecting and cold outreach techniques.
β’ Proven experience in developing or enhancing sales processes and methodologies.
β’ Exceptional English communication skills for engaging with clients.
β’ A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
β’ A strategic thinker capable of structuring and scaling a growing sales function.
β’ A candidate passionate about sales and relationship-building, rather than merely chasing quotas.
β’ Availability during US Mountain Time hours is essential.
β’ Experience assisting startups or expanding companies in building and scaling sales operations.
β’ Background in selling B2B services, IT solutions, SaaS, or technical products.
β’ Ability to provide examples of sales strategies, funnels, or systems you have implemented.
