• Take ownership of and oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Create outbound strategies that reliably yield 3–5 qualified conversations each week.
• Drive outreach, qualification, discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and closing processes.
• Develop and enhance sales funnels and methodologies specifically for IN2 Solutions’ IT services and AI products.
• Handle inbound opportunities while sustaining vigorous outbound prospecting efforts.
• Work closely with leadership to refine sales processes, messaging, and market positioning.
• Monitor pipeline health, activity metrics, and conversion rates.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated full-cycle sales experience.
• Significant experience in independently managing sales pipelines from start to finish.
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting and cold outreach techniques.
• Proven experience in developing or enhancing sales processes and methodologies.
• Exceptional English communication skills for engaging with clients.
• A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• A strategic thinker capable of structuring and scaling a growing sales function.
• A candidate passionate about sales and relationship-building, rather than merely chasing quotas.
• Availability during US Mountain Time hours is essential.
• Experience assisting startups or expanding companies in building and scaling sales operations.
• Background in selling B2B services, IT solutions, SaaS, or technical products.
• Ability to provide examples of sales strategies, funnels, or systems you have implemented.
