• Design and oversee performance campaigns (paid social, paid search, retargeting) to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to synchronize marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and enhance performance across all channels.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with local partners, agencies, and event organizers.
• Over 3 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or a comparable B2B marketing role.
• Proven ability to execute performance campaigns with measurable effects on the pipeline.
• Strong grasp of marketing/sales alignment to promote growth — you think in funnels, not just in campaigns.
• Proficient with marketing and analytics tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or equivalents.
• Exceptional organizational skills; capable of managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Operational profile: at ease with both strategic planning and hands-on field execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to represent Eye-Able externally.
• Proficient in French and professional-level English — additional languages are a plus.
