This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
β’ Oversee the complete sales cycle for enterprise clients across Europe
β’ Drive sales discussions informed by insights
β’ Deliberately grow accounts
β’ Take ownership of the entire deal lifecycle
β’ Generate momentum in mid-sized enterprise transactions
β’ Navigate actual buying groups and engage relevant stakeholders
β’ Develop compelling business cases
β’ Work collaboratively across various teams and represent Scaled Agile in external engagements
β’ Proficient in both French and English
β’ Over 2 years of experience carrying a sales quota in B2B sales
β’ More than 2 years of experience in account management
β’ Experience managing the entire sales cycle
β’ Demonstrated success in closing deals ranging from $50k to $200K USD
β’ Strong skills in discovery and qualification
β’ Experience in collaborating with external partners
β’ Knowledge of Agile, AI, or concepts related to organizational change
β’ Flexible working hours
