📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle for your designated territory, encompassing prospecting, initial outreach, discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, effectively balancing warm inbound leads with proactive outbound prospecting efforts.

• Conduct engaging in-person meetings and customized demonstrations that clearly align Flipdish’s value with each customer's commercial and operational objectives.

• Listen actively, diagnose issues, and provide advice - identify pain points, construct a consultative business case, and recommend the appropriate solution and commercial framework.

• Manage complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, address objections, and advance opportunities with speed and professionalism.

• Question suboptimal decisions and suggest improved methods of operation. Embracing constructive challenge is a key responsibility; prioritizing harmony over truth or progress is a failure to uphold this responsibility.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within field sales or territory management.

• Demonstrate a proven ability to build your own outbound pipeline and consistently achieve or surpass targets.

• Exhibit confidence in leading consultative discussions - asking pertinent questions, actively listening, and linking product value to business results.

• Be highly organized and self-motivated - capable of planning your territory, managing your time effectively, and following up without requiring constant oversight.

• Have a strong commercial acumen and be comfortable discussing pricing, return on investment (ROI), and contract terms.
