This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Serve as the main contact for Cars Commerce customers, emphasizing continuous customer success, retention, expansion, and the creation of new business opportunities.
• Market products and services to current customers while actively seeking new client prospects.
• Tasked with nurturing relationships by visiting designated customers within the sales region, which is determined by geographic location or product/service category.
• Address client queries and provide recommendations on suitable products and services.
• Implement sales strategies, pinpoint and capitalize on upsell opportunities, and facilitate new business acquisition.
• Offer insights to customers by generating reports and essential information that illustrate value.
• Showcase proficiency in retention and sales strategies alongside Cars Commerce products and services.
• Willingness to travel by car within the assigned territory to meet existing and potential customers in person.
• 2-5+ years of relevant sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to identify and close sales opportunities
• Strong planning and solutions selling experience
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely from a home office as well as in the field
• Proven skills in persuasion and negotiation
• Experience in the automotive industry or digital marketplace is preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
