• Become proficient in Snowflake’s offerings and engage in discovery calls, personalized demonstrations, and presentations for potential clients.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to clients by understanding their current and future mission requirements to promote Snowflake solutions in the market.
• Qualify prospects and cultivate new sales opportunities along with ongoing revenue streams.
• Secure, adopt, expand, and enhance sales opportunities with accounts in your designated region.
• Meet sales targets for assigned accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by formulating a sales strategy within the allocated territory, including a targeted prospect list and a regional sales plan.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.
• 8 to 10 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals while selling technical solutions and software products to the enterprise market.
• Experience in sales within the Department of Defense (DoD) sector.
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex enterprise sales strategies and tactics in areas such as Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML.
• Familiarity with a solution-oriented sales approach, experience managing a complex sales process, and excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
• The capacity to treat our product and company as your own, particularly in defining and executing sales plans to achieve strategic and financial goals, leveraging industry insights, partnerships, and Go-to-Market strategies.
• The capability to provide candid, respectful feedback, fostering an inclusive work environment.
• A reputation for fostering collaborative relationships, resulting in long-lasting partnerships with internal cross-functional teams and promoting an inclusive workplace.
• Proven ability to independently manage, nurture, and secure new client relationships.
