This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance a portfolio of current Triple Whale clients by identifying strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to their business.

• Actively seek out growth opportunities aligned with customer objectives, product usage, account health, and overall business performance.

• Gain a thorough understanding of each customer's ecommerce strategy, technology stack, and growth ambitions.

• Collaborate with customers to ensure Triple Whale solutions are aligned with their changing needs and business goals.

• Spearhead commercial discussions, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers within customer organizations.

• Develop scalable strategies and workflows that utilize account signals, usage patterns, and customer behaviors to uncover expansion opportunities.

• Track account performance, product utilization, trends, and customer sentiment to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Work closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance customer outcomes and retention.

• Contribute to defining and refining the expansion process as we continue to grow.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing position.

• Demonstrated success in developing existing customer relationships and surpassing revenue targets.

• Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to link customer challenges to business value.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly empathetic and customer-focused, with a natural aptitude for earning trust and influencing stakeholders.

• Analytical and data-oriented, proficient in recognizing patterns, opportunities, and risks across customer accounts.

• Interested in ecommerce, digital marketing, and the challenges faced by modern brands.

• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment characterized by ambiguity, ownership, and competing priorities.

• Self-motivated individual who flourishes in autonomous settings and enjoys building.
