
Account Executive – Entity Management, Corporate Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and align SingleFile's solutions with actual compliance challenges.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline with precise forecasting.
• Collaborate effectively with BDRs and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Travel as necessary to meet potential clients and participate in industry events.
• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in areas such as corporate compliance, entity management, governance, registered agent services, or legal information services.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate compliance workflows, annual reporting, entity maintenance, Secretary of State filings, governance requirements, or similar operational processes.
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas in a closing role.
• Proficient in outbound prospecting and adept at independently developing a sales pipeline.
• Experience in navigating sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including CFOs, General Counsel, Corporate Secretaries, Compliance Officers, and Operations leaders.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Highly self-driven, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong skills in discovery, product demonstrations, and consultative selling.
