This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop customized ITSM and EX strategies for clients in the Higher Education sector.
• Collaborate with a variety of decision-makers, including administrators, IT leaders, and HR teams.
• Build, sustain, and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline.
• Create and deliver persuasive value propositions.
• Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless, end-to-end experience for prospects and clients.
• 5–8 years of demonstrated success in SaaS enterprise sales.
• Significant experience in selling ITSM and EX solutions.
• Previous experience selling to Higher Education institutions is highly advantageous.
• Advanced understanding of SaaS platforms and their impact on enhancing institutional efficiency.
• Practical experience with ITSM solutions and EX platforms aimed at improving faculty and staff productivity and engagement.
• Expertise in solution selling and pipeline management.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and deliver customized recommendations.
