This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Play a crucial role in broadening Freshworks' presence within Higher Education institutions
• Engage with various stakeholders across colleges and universities
• Provide customized ITSM and EX solutions
• Enable institutions to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction
• Excel in intricate sales processes involving high-value deals and medium-to-long sales cycles
• Formulate tailored ITSM and EX strategies
• Collaborate with a wide range of decision-makers
• Establish, nurture, and execute a strong sales pipeline
• Develop and present persuasive value propositions
• Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams
• 5–8 years of demonstrated success in SaaS enterprise sales
• Extensive experience in selling ITSM and EX solutions
• Previous experience selling to Higher Education institutions is highly advantageous
• Advanced understanding of SaaS platforms
• Practical experience with ITSM solutions and EX platforms aimed at enhancing faculty and staff productivity and engagement
• Expertise in solution selling and pipeline management
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and deliver customized recommendations
