• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels including cold email outreach, strategic calling campaigns, LinkedIn networking, partner/channel introductions, and building industry relationships.
• Discover organizations currently utilizing legacy integration platforms and reveal opportunities for modernization.
• Engage with IT leaders, enterprise architects, integration teams, and stakeholders involved in digital transformation.
• Present datagrate’s migration and modernization services as a cost-effective and lower-risk alternative to proprietary platforms.
• Oversee opportunities from initial outreach through to discovery and final handoff/closure.
• Maintain and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate effectively with technical leadership and delivery teams.
• Assist in refining messaging, outreach strategies, and positioning in the target market.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
• Background in iPaaS, middleware, integration, APIs, cloud modernization, or related enterprise software sectors.
• Demonstrated ability in outbound sales and prospecting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of AI-driven enterprise modernization trends is an advantage.
• Flexible compensation structure based on experience and engagement model: Base salary + commission.
• Commission-heavy compensation model.
• Consideration for contractor or fractional arrangements.
