Account Executive, Enterprise – Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure new Enterprise business by cultivating essential executive relationships within target prospects to facilitate business expansion with all major accounts.

• Leverage key executive connections to ensure success in RFPs and enhance contractual-based business growth.

• Collaborate with your account team and utilize customer analytics alongside other available resources to optimize purchasing decisions.

• Address challenges by recognizing issues, applying critical thinking to determine the best course of action, and implementing the most effective solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams to demonstrate to prospects the advantages of integrations and how our partner ecosystem enhances the value of our hardware and software offerings.

• Strategically plan to achieve and surpass ongoing business objectives and revenue targets.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the technology platform and operations to suggest improvements for our business.

• Continuously research and deepen knowledge of market trends to provide consultative insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS or relevant Enterprise field sales is required.

• Proven history of surpassing quotas and significantly expanding your portfolio over time, supported by data.

• Capability to establish rapport with executive decision-makers, influencing results through a thorough understanding of the customer’s business and the unique solutions Motive offers.

• Experience working independently with a data-driven approach to outline a path for achieving short, medium, and long-term sales objectives.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate key value propositions and effectively manage objections.
