
Account Executive – Enterprise Broker Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Lead proactive sales initiatives while cultivating new business opportunities through outreach and relationship development with brokerages, 3PLs, and shippers.
• Secure and finalize business opportunities, create integration timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction in collaboration with the operations team.
• Achieve and surpass sales quota targets established on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Establish and maintain enduring relationships with potential clients and existing customers.
• Conduct sales at senior executive levels, including Directors, VPs, and C Suite professionals.
• Acquire and uphold extensive knowledge of the market and freight technology to be a valuable resource for prospects and clients.
• Compile product feedback obtained from customer interactions and advocate for our clients with internal development and product teams.
• You possess a proven history of success in various environments.
• Building relationships is essential to you, and you consistently achieve success through them.
• You have a background in the freight technology and/or brokerage sectors.
• You are enthusiastic about prospecting and closing deals – it energizes you.
• You understand how to prioritize tasks based on potential outcomes versus effort required.
• You are motivated by the freight market, our customers, and assisting brokers in their success.
• You embrace a growth mindset, continually seeking feedback and opportunities for personal and professional development.
• You demonstrate a sense of ownership, taking initiative to improve processes and collaborating with others to implement changes.
