This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +11 more states.
• Create tailored account plans for each account within your designated territory.
• Build a pipeline of potential customers from your assigned accounts through research, outreach, networking, and collaboration with your dedicated BDR.
• Oversee the complete sales process from initial prospecting to closing. This involves product demonstrations, on-site visits, negotiations, and finalizing contracts.
• Achieve and surpass sales revenue and booking targets.
• Inform prospects and clients about Pushpay’s offerings through presentations and product demonstrations.
• Effectively communicate Pushpay’s value proposition and return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal Pushpay teams, including Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, and other partner affiliates to implement company initiatives.
• Foster relationships with business partners in your territory.
• Organize, direct, and manage sales support activities, including documentation and oversight of the sales pipeline via Salesforce.
• Share industry insights, deal strategies, and sales best practices with fellow sales team members.
• Continuously learn about the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine strategies to position Pushpay for success.
• Capable of managing travel and entertainment budgets for conferences, customer meetings, etc.
• Travel required up to 50% to participate in customer meetings, monthly in-market activities, regional and national field events, vendor partnership forums, and selected conferences.
• A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS sales is required. Background in the Not-for-Profit sector, faith sector, or payments is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing a significant quota of approximately 750k ARR+ (or equivalent) and the ability to handle lengthy deal cycles to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated with the discipline to work autonomously in an organization that values teamwork.
• Ability to engage with both internal and external customers in a manner that promotes a dynamic, team-oriented, customer-focused culture.
• Strong sales acumen with outstanding business development and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Proficiency in necessary computer skills: Mac OSX, Google Platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce and Outreach (or similar) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
