This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Closing on new business opportunities, managing an annual quota exceeding $1 million.
• Collaborating with your Sales Development Representative on territory planning to cultivate high-quality opportunities within designated geographic areas.
• Assisting in qualifying all inbound leads by serving as a consultant, focusing on understanding and addressing prospects' needs directly.
• Engaging in prospecting by utilizing innovative strategies and techniques for researching potential companies and buyers to target with tailored communication via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Overcoming objections and effectively conveying Payscale’s value propositions to key decision-makers, including HR and compensation executives, regarding suitable product offerings.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of competitors’ product offerings.
• Maintaining current records and providing valuable market insights to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams using sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
• Meeting monthly pipeline goals established by sales management.
• Engaging in continuous learning through mock calls, formal training, and ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Staying in touch with prospects/clients throughout all stages of the sales cycle and beyond.
• Managing high-velocity sales cycles from initiation to completion, with a proven track record of successful revenue generation.
• 5 years of experience as an Account Executive with a focus on selling to Enterprise clients within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Prior experience managing an annual quota of over $1 million.
• Proficient in overseeing the complete sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating, to closing deals.
• Strong background in selling to the HR persona, particularly in the talent sector, including ATS, Recruitment Marketing, etc.
• Experience utilizing SaaS sales technology tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chilipiper.
