This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create new qualified business opportunities by collaborating with Tech Partners, SI Partners, XDRs, and conducting direct outreach on designated accounts within the territory.
• Proactively present the advantages of Fivetran’s Database replication features alongside the broader Fivetran platform.
• Oversee sales cycles of 90-180 days involving multiple stakeholders and departments to secure contracts within enterprise organizations.
• Negotiate fair deals and manage the procurement process involving legal teams, deal desks, and key deal advocates.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and senior decision-makers in large firms who will promote Fivetran throughout their organization.
• As part of our dedication to ensuring new hires are well-prepared for success, all new sales team members participate in a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week at Fivetran. This bootcamp, conducted at one of our designated company locations, requires travel and is a mandatory component of the onboarding process.
• At least 4 years of experience in new business sales, showcasing a successful track record of selling to enterprise-level clients.
• Possess the vision to achieve success.
• Formulate the vision through strategic territory and account planning.
• Drive pipeline generation within the ecosystem.
• Secure customers as swiftly as possible.
• Market services that facilitate onboarding processes.
• Expertise in sales within the Data industry.
• Able to effectively employ both inside and outside sales strategies to close deals.
• Proven ability to generate new business-qualified opportunities through various channels.
